13 | On 04/30/2026 at 2:30 pm, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Kiriko Lynch and Noah Wheeler conducted an unannounced complaint inspection, and met with Rhonda Glenn. It was alleged Licensee does not ensure children are properly supervised, and Licensee does not follow safe sleep practices.
The Licensee Rhonda Glenn was interviewed on 02/27/2026, and denied the allegations, and stated she or Terry Glenn are always at the home to supervise children in care, and their adolescent and adult children will also assist if needed. She stated currently they have two infant children attending that need crib/pack n plays, and while she only has one pack n play, the infants will nap at different times if they nap at all. LPAs also observed care and supervision provided to children in care during the investigation.
Five witnesses (W1-W5) were interviewed, and generally no disclosures were made in regards to the allegations. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee Rhonda Glenn. Appeal rights and notice of site visit provided. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
