32 | Per information obtained via staff interviews, it was revealed that two different preschool aged children were left unattended outside, with an absence of supervision on at least two different occasions, for an unknown amount of time.
Based upon information gathered through interviews, the standard of evidence has been met that staff did not provide adequate supervision to a daycare child and that staff left daycare children unattended outside, therefore, the above listed allegations are found to be SUBSTANTIATED.
Per the California Code of Regulations, Chapter 1, Division 12, Title 22, the following deficiencies are being cited during today’s inspection (see LIC 9099-D). A civil penalty was also assessed.
