On 8/5/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Claribel Soto conducted an unannounced complaint inspection at the facility to deliver findings for the above-mentioned allegations. LPA met with Licensee, Ynez Chavez-Andrade. LPA toured the facility and a census was taken. The purpose of today's inspection is to close the complaint investigation. During the course of the investigation, LPA interviewed licensee, staff, parents, children, reviewed and obtained facility records.

The allegation of an unqualified driver is providing transportation to the daycare children was investigated and based off interviews there is no indication that an unqualified driver is providing transportation to the daycare children.

The allegation of an unqualified individual is providing supervision to daycare children was investigated and based off interviews there is no indication that an unqualified individual is providing supervision to daycare children.

This agency has investigated the complaint of the allegations and has been determined that the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning although the allegations may have happened or may be valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove the allegations stated above.

Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, no deficiency is cited as it pertains to this allegation.

An exit interview was conducted with Licensee Ynez Chavez-Andrade. A Notice of Site Visit was provided. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. Appeal Rights were provided.
