On 08/19/2026, at approximately 10:20am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jonnisha Culbert conducted an unannounced compliant inspection at the facility noted above. LPA met with Licensee, Blanca Aldrete and explained the purpose of today’s visit. There were 27 children, licensee, and seven staff when visit began.

The purpose of this visit is to deliver complaint findings on the above allegation. LPA made observations and conducted interviews with witnesses and staff. On 08/05/2026, LPA observed staff supervising children on the playground. During the observation, two staff were engaged in a conversation while supervising children; however at least one staff member maintained visual supervision of the children at all times. During interviews, witnesses stated they do not have any concerns regarding staff supervision practices, and all staff interviewed reported that children are never left alone.
