32 | Bunny Room was not cooling. The air conditioning unit was assessed, and the service call was reported as complete. On July 1, 2026, LPA visited the facility for a case management inspection and observed the Bunny Room was warm during naptime and there were fans inside the classroom. Staff stated, when the temperature would rise, the children were being moved to the Lamb Room, which is an empty classroom, and they are working on getting the repair company to return. On July 20, July 24, and July 29, 2026, a work order was requested, and a repair person responded each time, the reason for the visit was that AC stopped working. As a result, the unit was repaired and the service was reported as complete. Therefore, the staff was aware there was a problem with the air conditioner, they reacted to getting it resolved, and made the necessary accommodation to keep the children in a comfortable environment. On the left side of the restroom there were thirteen cubbies labeled with diapers on a shelf outside the restroom and inside the restroom, there were three packs of wipes on a shelf labeled, with more diapers unlabeled. There were eight diaper creams labeled with children’s names and stacked on the side of the changing table. There was a green binder folder with a form inside that read Diaper Cream Log. The interviews revealed the staff use an APP to communicate how frequent the children’s diaper changes occur and whether diapering cream was used and they write on the diaper cream log. On July 28, 2026, the (LIC 9221) forms signed by the parents for the authorized use of diaper cream were provided to the LPA during the inspection and the names matched the names of the children on the diaper cream log.
