13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), T Tran arrived at the above licensed Family Child Care Home to conduct an unannounced subsequent complaint inspection for the purpose of concluding the investigation of the above allegations. Upon arrival, LPA Bionka Keith & Brandon Hollins, Licensees and observed four daycare children and five licensee's children.
Based upon the evidence obtained during the course of the investigation through interviews, record reviews, and observation the evidence does not support, nor disprove the above allegations licensees denied services to a child that cried. Per licensees, parents provided diapers/pull ups for their own children and licensee changed children's diaper based on the child's needs. Therefore, the allegations have been determined unsubstantiated. Unsubstantiated – A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
No deficiency was cited at this time. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensees Bionka Keith & Brandon Hollins.
