On 05/25/2023, Regional Manager (RM), Rebecca Varela, Licensing Program Manager (LPM), Rene Mancinas, and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Ka Vang, served licensee, Alberta Ramos, with the following Temporary Suspension Order (TSO) and non-immediate exclusion documents:

The above documents have been explained to Mrs. Alberta. Additionally, 14 copies of the parent TSO notification and accusation were left with Mrs. Alberta to provide to parents. The Closed for Business sign was posted on the front door of the Family Child Care Home (FCCH).

Licensee, Alberta Ramos, is hereby notified that the operation of the Family Child Care Home (FCCH) shall cease as of May 25, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.
