32 | It was reported, on or about July of 2026, that the home is cluttered and that you can barely walk through the home. LPA conducted a walk through of the facility and observed toys, play materials, equipment, and cubbies lining the entry way and other areas of the home. LPA observed that while the previously listed items were positioned along the walls to provide space, this narrowed the walkways of the home. However, LPA did not currently observe any tripping hazards along the walkways. Furthermore, LPA observed Licensee and assistants were able to move around the different areas of the home to get to the children in care. However, LPA observed several pieces of equipment which were not in use contributing to the narrowed walkways of the home.
