25 | On December 16, 2024 at 11:55 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Courtnee Peebles and Hayley McCarthy conducted a case management visit to address an issue which arose during a complaint investigation (Control number 10-CC-20241213094553) conducted.
On 12/16/2024 at 11:55 AM LPA's conducted a facility tour with the assistant, while waiting for the licensee Sandra Landeros to get back from the grocery store. LPA's observed a total of eight children, five of which are infants. Licensee's assistant obtained four infants in the living room, while one additional infant was asleep in a nearby bedroom in a pack and play. Licensee stated, C1's legal guardian has put in a two weeks notice and C1's last day will be January 6th putting licensee back into Title 22 compliance. LPA's reminded licensee of the ratio and capacity requirements for a large family child care home. Licensee is being cited for Title 22 regulations 102416.5(d)(1).
See LIC809D for deficiencies.
An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with the licensee Sandra Landeros. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
