On 2/20/2025, at approximately 1:20PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), and Licensing Program Manager (LPM), Mai Lor, met with director Wanda Woods. About 45 minutes into the visit, licensee Courtney Williams arrived. There were 14 preschool aged children with three staff members. The purpose of today's visit was to remeasure each classroom in the program.

Preschool program is operating in the following classrooms:
Butterflies
Library
Ladybugs
Honeybees

The total combined measured space for all of the preschool classrooms is 2,143.31 square feet, which will accommodate 59 preschool children.

The Honeybees was previously the welcome center. LPA and LPM discussed installing a partition with licensee Courtney Williams. Licensee stated that she will order a wall partition to separate Honeybees from the main entrance and the exit. Supervision was discussed with licensee and director, to ensure that it will be provided at all times.

The director will be submitting a waiver for shared playground use, to utilize it on a rotating basis, to ensure the playground will not be utilized at the same time as the school aged and infant programs.

This report was reviewed with director Wanda Woods. A notice of site visit was provided and will be posted on the parent board for 30 days.
