Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Deanna Villagrana met with licensee Vanessa Lopez to deliver findings for the above allegation. LPA explained the reason for the visit. Present were licensee, licensee's husband, 12 year old son, assistant Madisyn Schneider and five day care children.

Based on interviews and pertinent documentation obtained, although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

No deficiency was cited.
