On June 9, 2022 at 03:24pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Zirbes met with the Melanie Bunn. The purpose of the inspection was to conduct an unannounced case management inspection to ensure child care is not being provided. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection to the Melanie Bunn.

During this inspection LPA observed zero children in the home. In addition, Melanie Bunn confirmed child care has not been provided since the Family Child Care license was surrendered to the Department.
