On May 17, 2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Kuliema Calloway made an unannounced case management inspection to Sanders Family Child Care. LPA met with Licensee's assistant who granted access. The purpose of the visit was to interview the Licensee, regarding allegations received in Palmdale Regional Office regarding Child 1. LPA toured the home with Licensee's assistant.

LPA observed six (6) children in care. One infant (1 yr), and three toddlers (ages 2-4 yrs), and two school aged children (age 5 and 8 yrs). There were three adults (two assistants and licensee's son) inside the home. LPA conducted interview with licensee via telephone and obtained a copy of the facility roster.

An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report, and a Notice of Site Visit, were left with S1 at the facility.
