All files reviewed were found to be in compliance and staff were found to be qualified for the positions in which they held.
LPA Gerth conducted a total of (5) confidential staff interviews on 08/14/2026 and 08/20/2026. Interviews corroborated that the CCC requests and maintains documents required per Title 22 regulations for staff files during the hiring process and on an ongoing basis when renewal is required. Interviews also revealed that documents maintained in children’s files which classroom staff are responsible for, are completed and submitted to the front office on an ongoing scheduled basis.
On 08/14/2026 and 08/20/2026, LPA Gerth conducted additional record reviews of attendance logs from (5) randomly selected dates in July 2026 and August 2026 for both infant classrooms, sleep logs for all infant children in attendance on (5) randomly selected August 2026 dates in classroom two and (7) individual sleep logs from randomly selected days in July 2026 and August 2026 for infants in classroom one. All documents reviewed were found to be in compliance.
Therefore, Based on interviews conducted, observations made, and evidence gathered, LPA did not find evidence that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
An exit interview was conducted with Director Miriam Moreno, and a copy of this report and Notice of Site Visit was provided. Director was also reminded Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 days
