Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) D. Sanchez, made an unannounced Case Management inspection to the facility to conduct a site inspection. LPA met with provider Elsa Beileson, and tour the facility. LPA advised provider the purpose of today’s visit, to inspect the facility to ensure that the facility is not operating. During today's inspection, there were no children present in the facility. Provider's son Angel Tapia was present at the facility during inspection. Mrs. Beileson, stated that she stopped operating daycare since the 11/15/2022.
An exit interview was conducted with Elsa Beileson and a copy of this report left at the facility.

LPA observed provider placing the Notice to Cite Visit on the wall visible to parents during today’s inspection.
