THIS IS AN AMENDED REPORT DELIVERED ON 7/8/26
On 6/17/26 at 2:00 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mahjoba Mohsini conducted an unannounced visit to initiate an investigation for the complaint received on 6/11/26 regarding the above referenced allegation. LPA met with the facility director, Angela Brunetti Bruff, and toured the facility. During today’s visit, LPA observed 15 napping children with 2 staff present. The director was also available to assist as needed to meet ratio requirements, as follows:

• Room #102: 9 children with 1 staff (Miichaela Silva)
• Room #103: 6 children with 1 staff (Serenity Doss)

LPA interviewed staff, reviewed facility records, and determined that although Director Angela Brunetti Bruff is fingerprint cleared, her clearance was not associated with the facility as of her employment start date of 6/15/26. Therefore, the allegation that staff are allowing uncleared or unassociated adults to supervise day care children alone is substantiated and cited on the accompanying LIC 9099D.

Director Angela Brunetti Bruff completed the fingerprint clearance transfer and was associated with the facility today. Documentation verifying the fingerprint clearance association was provided to the LPA on 6/17/26.

Based on a review of Guardian records, the Facility Director was fingerprint-cleared; however, her fingerprint clearance had not been transferred to and associated with the facility since her employment start date of 6/15/26.
