On September 3, 2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Stacey Williams and Elvira Sierra met with Facility Representative, Vantika Singh for the purpose of a complaint investigation. LPAs observed thirteen children supervised by four staff. Criminal record clearances have been verified.

LPAs toured the facilty. It was alleged that staff left daycare children without supervision. Interviews were conducted with the Reporting Party and facilty staff. Interviews revealed that the day of the alleged incident, the facility doorbell rang and the preschool staff notified the infant staff to open the door. While holding a preschool child, the preschool staff monitored the infant child outside of the infant classroom door. The infant staff opened the door for the guest.

Based on the information received, the allegation is determined to be unsubstantiated. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur.

Exit interview conducted at which time the report was reviewed with Facility Representative, Vantika Singh. A Notice of Site Visit was posted by LPA Williams and must remain posted for 30 days.
