On 12/4/24 at 11:18 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elizabeth George arrived at the above mentioned family child care home.

The daycare facility, previously operated by Maria Bustos, was scheduled for a required three-year licensing inspection. However, during the inspection process, the LPA was informed by the licensee's daughter that the licensee passed away in November 2024.

The family of the deceased licensee has decided not to continue operating the daycare facility and has formally requested its closure. The licensee’s husband reviewed, signed, and received a copy of this report.

The licensing agency will proceed with the closure process per the family's request and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
