Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Kaur met with Director, Gita Nezamfar, for annual inspection. Purpose of the inspection was explained. Present, there were staff and the Director.

During the inspection, Director informed the LPA that licensee decided to close the school age program. LPA explained the procedures of closing the day care and for going inactive status, if Director wants to close for temporary time period. Director stated that she will let management know about this option. During the inspection, Director stated that she will email the inactive form for the school age program to department.

No deficiencies are cited today. The copy of this report is reviewed and provided to the licensee. Notice of site visit is posted and shall remain posted for next 30 days.
