On 09/24/2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Farida Raja and Tra Dinh conducted an unannounced complaint inspection. LPAs met with preschool director, Shuree Guzman and informed her of the reason for the inspection. LPAs also met with infant program director, Lorena Lopez.

During today's inspection, LPAs toured the facility and observed staff to children ratios in each classroom.

The complaint alleges that staff, S1 handled child in a rough manner. During the course of the investigation LPA interviewed staff including director and children and reviewed relevant records. Based on interviews, no staff have observed S1 handle children in a rough manner or been informed by a child of being hurt by a S1.

Children interviewed stated that they are not hurt by teachers nor have they observed teachers hurting children.

Based on evidence gathered during the investigation process, it is concluded that although the allegation listed above may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. The allegation is thus UNSUBSTANTIATED.

No deficiencies cited. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Shuree Guzman. Appeal rights provided.
