32 | Interviews with staff (DL, S1-S6) between 4/20/26 and 7/9/26 did not corroborate the allegations, with DL and S1-S4 stating that they hadn't directly observed or heard of any incidents in which staff had pulled children by their arms or any other inappropriate physical interactions.
Interviews with children (C1-C10) between 4/20/26 and 7/9/26 did not corroborate the allegations, however, C2 stated that they had observed a teacher, whose description matches that of S1, grab a child's arm and pull them on the playground, C4 and C6 both stated that when children get in trouble they get timeouts, but specifically C7's arm is grabbed by their teachers, S1 and S4, and C8 stated that when C7 get's in trouble, teacher's hold C7 and walk them to the office.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated. Appeal rights were provided and exit interview conducted. The Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 days. |
