An unannounced inspection was made to the above address of Carmen Munoz-Arreola by Licensing Program Analyst (LPAs), Leticia Rosales-Meza and Sebastian Phouthavong. A legal Decision and Order of the license revocation, effective November 04, 2024, has been received. On 11/14/24 at 11:30 a visit was made to the facility by LPA Leticia Rosales-Meza and Sebastian Phouthavong to ensure licensed child care is no longer being provided and the licensed facility is closed. LPAs met with Mrs. Munoz-Arreola in the home. Also present was Mrs. Munoz-Arreola's daughter. Mrs. Munoz-Arreola stated she understands that providing unlicensed child care is a violation of California Health and Safety Code Sections 1596.80 and 1597.54. Mrs. Munoz-Arreola stated the last day she provided care for children was on 11/02/24 and since that date she has not provided care for children.
