On 10/23/2023 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA's) Claribel Soto and Kari McWilliams came to do an unannounced annual inspection. When LPAs arrived it was reported that the dayare has been closed for the last month and that Community Connections was contacted and reported that they would forward the information to other entities. Licensing was not informed of the closure. Licensee's husband, Joe Espinoza, stated they are permanently closing their daycare due to licensee having a stroke last month and are not planning to provide care and supervision to children anymore.
