Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“On 3/4/26 LPA observed S3 (substitute aide) supervising a group of preschoolers in room without a fully qualified teacher present which poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.”
“Review of files and interviews revealed that Director lacks the required Infant/Toddler units to qualify as a Director at a facility with a toddler option program with children 18-36 months of age. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.”
