Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on analyst interview and statement provided by reporting party, the facility did not comply with the section cited above as on at least one occasion, one staff member provided care for more than children which is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. The facility maintains a large license but reverts to a small license capacity when there is only one staff member.”
