Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on Licensee submitted fraudulent documents to receive subsidy program funds by showing inaccurate time in and out entries on monthly records when children were found not to be in attendance, which poses an immediate health and safety risk to the children in care.”
“Based on Record Review Licensee’s staff member (S3) did not have a current Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certification when they were alone with day care children, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.”
“Based on interviews with L1 and S1 on 06/22/22 and 08/01/22, it was corroborated that on an unspecified date, S1 grabbed child C1 by their ear to get child C1's attention, which poses an immediate Health, Safety or Personal Rights risk to children in care.”
