Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the licensee was caring for seven children (all children are not enrolled in kindergarten or elementary school) alone which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.”
“Based on observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Child was seen napping on the couch at eight months of age which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.”
“Based on observation, record review, and interview the Licensee's helper Laura Linet Betanco did not obtain clearance prior to working in the facility.”
“Based on LPA's observation, and interview out of play yards for infants had loose objects (sheet and blankets) which poses a potential risk to health and safety or personal rights to children in care.”
