Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on interviews, the licensee did not ensure that each child is accorded their personal rights. C4, C6, and C7 disclosed S1 yells at daycare children. S1 disclosed that she/he raise the voice to children. This poses an immediate risk to the personal rights of children in care.”
“Based on records reviewed, the licensee did not ensure that one child was visually supervised while in care. Records show the licensee admitted that a child ran into the parking lot alone while in care.”
“Based on observation and interview statements, the requirement was not met for one of ten children, which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children. C1 was left without supervision for around 5-10 minutes.”
