“parent interviews conducted on 5/8/2023. Parents stated they have witnessed staff (S1) yelling at children in care. An additional parent stated their child has mentioned to them staff (S1) yells. Children interviews conducted on 5/12/2023. Two out of four children indictated S1 yells at them and their friends. This poses an immediate risk to the safety of the children in care.”
