Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on confidential interviews licensee did not ensure children in care were supervised at all times, children were left alone in backyard and wandered away and in the home which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.”
“Based on confidential interviews and records review, the Licensee did not report to the Department multiple incidents regarding children in care. This poses an immediate risk to health, safety or personal rights of persons in care.”
“Based on observation and interview, licensee is operating out of ratio. Licensee was observed to have children present at FCCH without an assistant which poses a potential health, safety and or personal rights risk to children in care.”
