Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on observation, interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensee did not keep facility clean and free of pests.”
“LPA observed that the facility was not maintained clean or sanitary condition. Clutter was observed blocking entryways, including stacked boxes that poses a rist of falling and causing injury to children in care. LPA observed the kitchen sink and counters filled with clutter.”
