Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on observation during today's inspection, LPA learned that the Licensee was not home. Licensee's two Assistants were observed providing care to children. In addition, Licensee acknowledged being away from the home on today's date for more than 20% of operation hours This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.”
“Licensee was not present in the home upon arrival or during the inspection. Licensee's daughter and Assistant stted that the Licensee was out of town due to a medical concern and the childcare will be closed on 10/11/24 and 10/14/24.”
“Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two out of three staff files review which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk of persons in care.”
“, licensees did not report an unusual incident that took place at the home. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.”
