CCR 101239.1(c) — Each cot or mat shall be equipped with a sheet to cover the cot or mat and, depending on the weather, a sheet and/or blanket to cover the child.

“Based on observation and interview, children were napping on cots without a sheet and Licensee stated she does not require a sheet for the cots which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of persons in care.”
