Inspection history
Source: Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingRecords held from Sep 27, 2021 onward. Earlier visits may exist in the agency’s own files.
Delaware publishes only visits where a regulation was cited, plus complaint investigations. Visits that found no violations do not appear in the state's data, so a gap between dates here does not mean the program went uninspected. Delaware does not publish a severity weight for its citations.

Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Ensure the fire extinguisher is inspected and tagged annually.”
“Ensure capacity restrictions are followed at all times. According to the renewal application submitted on 12/01/2025, [name withheld] has one infant, four one year olds, and one four year old enrolled. According to the times listed on the renewal application, the five children under the age of 24 months are present at the same time. After reviewing child files at the full compliance review, it was determined [name withheld] has five children under the age of 24 months enrolled. Disenroll one child under the age of 24 months.”
“Ensure radon testing is completed every five years. The FCCH's radon test results expired 11/1/2024.”
“Ensure rabies vaccinations are kept current. The rabies vaccinations for one dog expired on 11/7/2024.”
“Ensure child files are complete. Child #3 needs a health appraisal, immunization records, and blood lead level results. Child #5 and #6 need blood lead level results.”
“Ensure scented wax warmers are not used when children are present. This was corrected at the visit when the provider shut it off and agreed not to use it when children were present.”
“Ensure child files are complete. Child #4 needs lead test results. Child #5 needs an updated infant feeding schedule.”
“Smoking, vaping, and burning of candles or incense is prohibited. This was corrected when the wall plug fragrance was removed.”
“Purchase a foot activated diaper pail and keep within arms reach of diaper changes.”
