Inspection history
Source: Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingRecords held from Sep 27, 2021 onward. Earlier visits may exist in the agency’s own files.
Delaware publishes only visits where a regulation was cited, plus complaint investigations. Visits that found no violations do not appear in the state's data, so a gap between dates here does not mean the program went uninspected. Delaware does not publish a severity weight for its citations.

Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Ensure playground equipment is in safe condition, free from rough edges and sharp corners. Repair or cover sharp edges. Remove the trampoline from the playground, trampolines are prohibited.”
“Ensure child files ae complete. Child #4 and Child #5 need blood lead test results. This was corrected at the visit when the parents forwarded the results to the provider,.”
“Discontinue the use of air fresheners. A plug-in air freshener was observed in the child care classroom and an air wick small space air freshener was observed in the bathroom. Send confirmation to OCCL once the air fresheners have been removed.”
“Ensure proper staff-to-child ratios for large family child care homes are followed at all times. Upon arrival, one staff member was observed on the playground with eight preschool-age and younger children. A second staff member was observed exiting the LFCCH and walking over to the playground as this specialist was walking over to the playground. When asked, the staff member stated she was inside the LFCCH cleaning. This was discussed with the staff member and corrected when she took two children inside the LFCCH with her.”
