Inspection history
Source: Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingRecords held from Sep 27, 2021 onward. Earlier visits may exist in the agency’s own files.
Delaware publishes only visits where a regulation was cited, plus complaint investigations. Visits that found no violations do not appear in the state's data, so a gap between dates here does not mean the program went uninspected. Delaware does not publish a severity weight for its citations.

Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Ensure walls are cleanable and in good repair. Repair the holes in the wall in the dramatic play area located in Classroom 3.”
“Ensure pacifier clips are removed from the pacifier prior to an infant being placed in a crib to sleep. An infant was observed asleep in a crib with the pacifier clip still attached to her pacifier. This was discussed and corrected when the clip was removed from the pacifier.”
“Submit a plan review and receive approval before making additions or renovations to the outdoor areas of the center. On March 20, 2026, the director of monitoring and compliance contacted this licensing specialist via email to notify OCCL of the installation of the outdoor play equipment and synthetic turf for an infant/toddler outdoor play area. A plan review was not submitted, and approval was not received prior to completing the installation.”
“Ensure child files are complete. One child needs screen time permission. One child needs an updated health appraisal and blood lead screening results.”
“Ensure rest equipment is cleaned and sanitized daily, when stored touching. The nap mats in Classroom 1 were observed stored stacked on top of one another. When asked, staff stated the nap mats are cleaned every other day. This was discussed and corrected when staff agreed to clean the mats daily. Ensure bottom nap mat covers are not stored touching. The children's fitted sheets were observed on the stored, folded nap mats. The nap mats were observed stacked on top of one another with the fitted sheets still on them in Classroom 1 and Classroom 2. This was discussed and corrected when the fitted sheets were removed.”
“Ensure staff files are complete. Two staff members need service letters or two documented attempts.”
“Ensure child files are complete. One child needs blood lead screening results.”
