A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“Ensure fingerprints are completed every five years. Provider Gail's fingerprints expired 6/19/2023 and Household Member/Substitute George's fingerprints expired 6/27/2023. Submit the fingerprint receipts.”
