Inspection history
Source: Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingRecords held from Sep 27, 2021 onward. Earlier visits may exist in the agency’s own files.
Delaware publishes only visits where a regulation was cited, plus complaint investigations. Visits that found no violations do not appear in the state's data, so a gap between dates here does not mean the program went uninspected. Delaware does not publish a severity weight for its citations.

Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Ensure child files are complete. One child needs Parents Right to Know acknowledgement, screen time permission, mat permission, and permission to sleep in other area. One child needs an updated health appraisal. One child needs blood lead screening results.”
“Provide a copy of the Parent Right to Know log”
“Ensure child files are completed: Child #2 and Child #11 needs an update health appraisal with immunization and blood lead test result. Child #3 needs blood lead, Child #4 needs date of enrollment days hours to attend and blood lead test result, CHild #7 needs days and hours of attendance, Child #8 needs blood lead test results.”
“Ensure children's hands are wash after diaper changing. During the visit, the provider was observed diapering a child but did not wash the child's hand. (corrected at visit)”
“Provide and post an updated menu with the date.”
“Submit the rabies vaccination for Bella.”
“On September 8, 2022, OCCL received a complaint regarding incomplete child files and not following the termination policy in the handbook. An investigation was conducted on September 21, 2022. The complaint is substantiated for incomplete child files because the file was not completed prior to the child starting care. There is no evidence to substantiate not following the termination policy because [name withheld] denied terminating Child #1. [name withheld] stated Child #1 could return to care once the required items were supplied. [name withheld] provided text messages where she stated the child was not terminated, but could not return until the required items were supplied.”
