Inspection history
Source: Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingRecords held from Sep 27, 2021 onward. Earlier visits may exist in the agency’s own files.
Delaware publishes only visits where a regulation was cited, plus complaint investigations. Visits that found no violations do not appear in the state's data, so a gap between dates here does not mean the program went uninspected. Delaware does not publish a severity weight for its citations.

Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Submit blood lead results for Children #3, 4, and 7.”
“Submit parents right to know log to OCCL.”
“Ensure child files are complete. Send blood lead results to OCCL for Child #1. Send updated health appraisal for Child #3.”
“Ensure monthly fire drill inspection is completed, documented, and posted. Submit fire drill inspection to OCCL for the month of December.”
“Ensure a completed renewal application is submitted at least 60 days before the current license expires. OCCL received the renewal application on December 15th, 2022. The licensing specialist reviewed the requirement with the licensee and the licensee verbally agreed to comply in the future. Submit state business license to OCCL.”
