A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“Ensure to notify OCCL when there is a change in the household composition. Provider got married and did not notify OCCL that her partner lives in the child care home. Provide a comprehensive background check for the new household member and provide a health appraisal with a TB result.”
