Inspection history
Source: Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingRecords held from Sep 27, 2021 onward. Earlier visits may exist in the agency’s own files.
Delaware publishes only visits where a regulation was cited, plus complaint investigations. Visits that found no violations do not appear in the state's data, so a gap between dates here does not mean the program went uninspected. Delaware does not publish a severity weight for its citations.

Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Ensure staff files are complete.”
“A complete file is needed for one child.”
“Ensure cribs are set to the lowest setting.”
“Ensure medication and medication are current.”
“Ensure bottles are warmed in a warmer that is no warmer than 120 degrees.”
“The Office of Child Care Licensing received a complaint on March 14, 2025, regarding lack of supervision, hazardous materials in the children s reach, and vaping. This complaint is substantiated for lack of supervision and hazardous materials in the children s reach because Staff #1 admitted the pen must have fallen from their pocket and was picked up by Child #1 unnoticed by the staff. There is no evidence to substantiate the allegation of vaping because staff did not indicate they were vaping in the facility and the staff handbook prohibits vaping.”
“Ensure staff files are complete. Staff # 2,4,5,6,8, and 9 need one hour health and safety training”
“Disinfectant was accessible to the children. This was corrected when it was discussed with Administrator Christophel.”
