Delaware publishes only visits where a regulation was cited, plus complaint investigations. Visits that found no violations do not appear in the state's data, so a gap between dates here does not mean the program went uninspected. Delaware does not publish a severity weight for its citations.

Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“On July 24, 2025, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding lack of supervision, use of alcohol or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs when children are in care, a person who is prohibited present or a household member, a household member with pending police charges, and failure to notify OCCL within one business day of any known new charges, arrests, or convictions of a household member. An investigation was conducted on July 30, 2025. This complaint is substantiated for failure to notify OCCL within one business day of any known new charges, arrests, or convictions of a household member. The provider did not notify OCCL of the new pending charges for HHM #1. The provider will notify OCCL within two business days with any updates regarding the outcome of these charges. There is no evidence to substantiate allegations of lack of supervision or the use of alcohol or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs when children are in care. The provider confirmed through statements, documentation, and video they go to the liquor store across the street during their lunch break to purchase a soft drink. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for a person who is prohibited present or being a household member. The provider stated Person #1 is not a household member and is at work during child care hours.”
