Source: Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingRecords held from Sep 27, 2021 onward. Earlier visits may exist in the agency’s own files.
Delaware publishes only visits where a regulation was cited, plus complaint investigations. Visits that found no violations do not appear in the state's data, so a gap between dates here does not mean the program went uninspected. Delaware does not publish a severity weight for its citations.

Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Ensure children's files are complete. Child #1 needs blood lead test results. Please send to OCCL”
“Ensure Child #1 and Child #5 have blood lead screening levels. Please send to OCCL.”
“Send business license to OCCL.”
“Ensure all nap mats and pack-n-plays are labeled with names or numbers. Send a picture when complete.”
“The Large Family non-emergency substitute needs to complete the orientation form.”
“A complaint was received on July 29, 2022, regarding concerns about improper discipline, unsanitary conditions, and lack of appropriate meals for the children in care. At the conclusion of an investigation starting August 8, 2022, and concluding August 25, 2022, this complaint is substantiated for improper discipline. While OCCL is unable to determine if [name withheld] put her hands around Child #1 s neck or intended to scare him in the basement, more than one source noted concerns about [name withheld] yelling at and humiliating children, with one source providing specific examples. Both sources noted a consistent lack of patience with the children. The breakfast provided on the day of the initial investigation visit did not match what was noted on the written menu, but the components did align with required Child Meal Patterns. There was no evidence to substantiate unsanitary conditions in the child care space. There are a lot of materials, but no surfaces seen were noticeably dirty. However, chemicals/cleaners were observed within reach of children if when they are taken into the basement.”
