Inspection history
Source: Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingRecords held from Sep 27, 2021 onward. Earlier visits may exist in the agency’s own files.
Delaware publishes only visits where a regulation was cited, plus complaint investigations. Visits that found no violations do not appear in the state's data, so a gap between dates here does not mean the program went uninspected. Delaware does not publish a severity weight for its citations.

Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Ensure child files are complete. Submit blood lead screening results to OCCL.”
“Ensure training hours are submitted 30 days before license expiration. Submit 15 training hours for licensee and assistant.”
“Ensure child files are complete. Child #3 needs a blood lead screening.”
“Ensure all infants have logs for feeding, sleeping, diapering, etc. Send daily logs for Child #1 and #2 to OCCL. Submit for May 11 and May 12.”
“Ensure all child files are complete. Child #1 and Child #10 need lead lab level results. Child #1, #3, and #10 need permission to sleep on a mat and permission to sleep in another area. Submit to OCCL.”
“On October 22, 2021, OCCL received a complaint regarding not allowing services to be provided at the child care home and the provider not being respectful when speaking with others. An investigation was conducted on November 9, 2021. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for the Provider not being respectful when speaking to others because the provider denied she was disrespectful. This complaint is substantiated because the Provider told the parents, teacher, and therapist that the child s therapeutic services could not be provided in the child care home.”
