Delaware publishes only visits where a regulation was cited, plus complaint investigations. Visits that found no violations do not appear in the state's data, so a gap between dates here does not mean the program went uninspected. Delaware does not publish a severity weight for its citations.

Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Ensure Parent's Right to Know Log is reviewed and signed by each enrolled child's parent or guardian. Obtain signature of newly enrolled family.”
“Ensure fingerprints are completed every 5 years.”
“Ensure all children's files are completed. Child #2 needs lead lab screening results.”
“Ensure water does not exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit.”
“Ensure pack-n-plays have a tight fitted sheet. This was discussed and corrected when a sheet was added.”
“Have an infant feeding log completed for Child #6.”
“Smoking, vaping, and burning of candles/incense are prohibited. This was corrected when the wall plugs were removed.”
“Ensure each child is provided a top and bottom covering during naptime. This was corrected when two blankets were provided.”
