Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Ohio Department of Children and YouthNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.

“The allegation is substantiated in that, during the inspection, a ratio of 2 child care staff member(s) for 27 children was determined to have occurred for the pre-k group which included 3, three-year-old children, when the situation in number(s) 15 below occurred: 1. A child care staff member was unable to work. 5. A child was injured in that group. 6. A child arrived in the group before a second staff member was scheduled to arrive with the group. 7. Both child care staff members did not have a working communication device when one staff member left the group to allow access to the school age only program. 14. The child care staff member did not return to the group after allowing access to the school age only program. 15.
