“During the inspection, it was determined that emergency phone numbers were not posted, readily in view in spaces used by the children. The following was observed: Emergency numbers were not posted in all spaces used for childcare. Submit the program’s corrective action plan to the Department to verify compliance with the requirements of this rule.”
“During the inspection, it was determined that the requirements for drivers was not met. job and family services (ODJFS) child care transportation training in the Ohio professional registry (OPR). Remove this individual from transporting children until the requirements are met. Submit the program’s corrective action plan to the Department to verify compliance with the requirements of this rule.”
