Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Children hands were not washed after eating or diapering. Note: when pointed out the children's hands were washed.”
“The primary caregiver was missing the preventing and responding to emergencies due to food or allergic reaction training, administering medication training, and handling, storing, and disposing of hazardous material training.”
“The children were served vanilla wafers for snack and snack was placed directly on the table. Note: When pointed out the children were provided plates to put the vanilla wafers on.”
“The background check list has not been validated within the last yeaer.”
“One child did not have documentation to show that they had received the required HEP and MMR immunizations.”
