Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“It was noted that the school name and phone number were missing for one school-aged child. Note: During the inspection, the caregiver obtains this information and enters it on the admission form.”
“At the time of the inspection the primary caregiver s First Aid and CPR certification was expired.”
“It was noted that one child's record was missing preschool health statements.”
“The current immunization record was not available in 3 year old child's file.”
