Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There was a baby sleeping in a bouncer when CCR arrived.”
“There are chemicals on child level right over the threshold of the room.”
“The area was not free from hazards such as cords on the floor, cord hanging from the wall, and storage drawers with items such as diaper cream and containers stacked against the wall that could easily fall. There are also shelves with lots of toys that don't seem secure.”
“Status of coverage was not provided to licensing within the required timeframe.”
